baby's health information is private and stored securely. You can delete everything at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Ever.
We share data only in these limited circumstances:
👨👩👧 Caregivers you invite
When you share a 6-digit invite code, the invited caregiver can view your baby's logs. You
control who has access and can revoke it at any time.
🔧 Service providers
We use limited third-party services (cloud hosting, crash analytics, subscription
management) that process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. They cannot use your
data for their own purposes.
⚖️ Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our
users — and only to the minimum extent required.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use
industry-standard security practices including access controls, regular security reviews, and secure
authentication.
Single Source of Truth: Your data is stored securely on our backend infrastructure to enable
real-time partner sync and multi-device access.
🌍 Server Location
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
International Data Transfers: If you are located outside the United States — including in the
European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, India, or elsewhere — your personal data will be transferred to
and processed in the United States. The US may not provide the same level of data protection as your home
country. By creating an account and using LittleCoo, you explicitly consent to this transfer. If you have

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
LittleCoo is designed for use by parents and caregivers — adults aged 18 and over. The app tracks data
about infants on behalf of their parents, but is not directed at children and does not knowingly
collect data from children.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), India's DPDP Act 2023, and applicable
children's data protection regulations globally.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information directly, please contact us immediately
and we will delete it.
You have full control over your data at all times.
